One of the main representatives of the Danish death metal scene is undoubtedly **ILLDISPOSED** — a five-piece band founded in 1991 in Aarhus. They made their mark on listeners with a flawless combination of melodic and brutal death metal elements, emphasizing fast, technical riffs and massive dual guitars. Over the course of their career, ILLDISPOSED have also experimented with doom-influenced passages and acoustic interludes, making their music more dynamic and atmospherically rich. The band has released over ten studio albums, including key titles such as *Retro* (2003) and *The Prestige* (2008).
