refund using the link below via a simple refund form for our cashless
system Flyn.
NEW: If you downloaded the Brutal Assault app for
IOS or
Andriod and paired the bracelet, you can request a refund directly from the app!
There is no charge for requesting a
refund and your balance can be split if you'd wish to donate even just a
portion of what's left to a good cause or to festival.

Every year we spend considerable efort and resources to develop the
festival grounds. Thank you for any support of our activities!
2/ You can support Ravelin XIV. >
Your unspent funds will be donated for repairs and maintenance of
Ravelin XIV, also known as the "Green Meadow", where is the 3rd stage at
BA, Pit of Doom, BA Kids etc.
3/ You can support the Krtek Children's Oncology Foundation > Your funds will support the smallest patients in a difficult situation fighting cancer.
4/ You can support Sea Shepherd >
Since 1977, this organization has been working on protecting the seas
and oceans and its wildlife. If you care about these issues, please show
your support!
You can apply for a refund until the end of August 2024. The last date to apply for a refund is 31 August 2024 23:59 CET, after which it will no longer be possible to apply for a refund. Any remaining amounts that you do not request a refund will go into the Brutal Assault budget, which we will use to continue to develop the festival.
How to get a refund for my unspent credit?
- Open the link
and fill in the longer number on the back of your chip
- Fill in all the details on the refund form and submit it
- We will refund your money within 14 days of sending your request
- Make sure you enter your details correctly, if you have any problems with your refund contact the customer support at
