It is said about Exhorder that they were the inspiration behind Pantera's genre shift at the turn of the 80's and 90's, while remaining in their shadow themselves. Together with Demolition Hammer, Sacred Reich or Nuclear Assault, was their show on our stages one from the wave of comebacks of American legends that Brutal has brought for you.
It was only a year after the show Exhorder released a record after an unbelievable 27 years, so the pioneers of thrashed groove with a Southern feeling (Louisiana!) with songs inspired even by the stoner spirit of bands like Down, Corrosion of Conformity or Crowbar, played the essentials form two of their early 90's records - „Slaughter in the Vatican“ and „The Law“.
Sound exceptional as usual and great music even after many years. Southern Slaughter in The Fortress - EXHORDER!
