Planting Trees for BRUTAL FOREST

20.10.2020

The planting of trees for our project Brutal Forest, with which we are aiming to reduce the environmental footprint of our festival while also contributing to afforestation of our landscape, now has a date - November 21st!

Brutal Forest will take shape in cooperation with Lesy ČR at a place called Černá Studánka near the village of Býšť, some 30 km from Jaroměř. We will plant approx. 2,000 pines, oaks, and beeches in the vicinity of Černá Studánka.

The area is located on the outskirts of the village Býšť, approx. 2 kilometers from Motorest Koliba which is on the main road to Hradec Kralové and Jaroměř. We will meet up at the parking lot of Koliba on November 21st at 8am and walk together with the staff of Lesy ČR to Černá Studánka (GPS: N 50 ° 9.16620 ', E 15 ° 52.61670') where we start planting our future forest. We recommend bringing working clothes, a spade for those who can (there will be some to borrow on the site). But most importantly - lots of energy!

If you are interested, please register (the capacity is limited and the final number of participants will be adjusted according to the current regulations) at basobe@brutalassault.com. We will keep you updated with more info at the event site (www.facebook.com/events/681400586111404), so stay tuned.
