It was in 2017 that the French devils SVART CROWN performed at the fortress. At the time they brought the new record "Abreaction" and with it their first-class blackened death metal, which makes its way in this distinctive subgenre mainly through its dense atmosphere, which oftentimes comes close to the powerful Ulcerate, proof be the second of the set "Khimba Rites". And while Kévin Paradis, without any doubts, spins the wheels of hell properly, SVART CROWN is not only about speed, as it often resorts to scattered, slightly more epic passages that will take you all the way to the black plains of Thermageddon, where all your inner darkness resides.
