Thy Catafalque is a standalone universe ruled by the Hungarian visionary Tamás Kátai. What began as a raw black metal project has evolved over the years into one of the most original musical entities on the European scene. Kátai blends avant-garde metal with Hungarian folklore, pulsating electronics, pop melodies, and dreamlike atmospheres as naturally as if these genres had always belonged together.
