Mala Herba is the solo project of producer, sound artist and queer activist Zosia Holubowska. The artistic approach can be described as a multi-layered narrative and works as a healing ritual using traditional melodies and magical tropes. Mala Herba's music is inspired by industrial and experimental electronic sounds as well as traditional Polish music. This blend makes all their performances exceptional in the contemporary electronic music scene. Mala Herba is constantly rediscovering new inspirations and changing their style. The latest incarnation under the name Wounded Healer is the result of a three-year process of artistic research and various collaborations. A recording and multi-sensory AV performance that celebrates a community approach to healing. The first EP, Niedola / Woe, was an audiovisual collaboration between Mala Herba and Sven Harambašić. The tracks defy genres and intertwine ritualistic rhythms, dark legends and wailing vocals with a harsh industrial sound. The debut LP album titled Demonologia. Nick Roseblade of The Quietus described the album as "a disco witches' ritual".
Her current show, however, goes more in depth into the ritual itself, drawing the audience in. The true magic of the moment.
