Also coming for the first time - from America huntress of darkness EMMA RUTH RUNDLE, from Australia instrumental djent trio THE OMNIFIC, and from Belgium progressive stoners MY DILIGENCE.

Returning to the brutal stages will be avant-garde jazz-black IMPERIAL TRIUMPHANT, sophisticated SYLOSIS, and folk-black-death trolls FINNTROLL.

And let there be death metal, we add more names: European death metal icon PESTILENCE, progressive/technical death metal matadors GOROD, bold DISKORD, who combine old school, technical death metal and jazz elements, and purely brutal underground KRONOS.

This year, worlds of classical music and black metal will meet for the very first time at Brutal Assault – CULT OF FIRE will play a special set commissioned by Brutal Assault, to pay a tribute to BEDŘICH SMETANA and his works.
