The Japanese five-member band SIGH skillfully blends influences from 1980s thrash metal with early black metal elements in their music. However, as is typical for Japanese artists, they add a hefty dose of the bizarre – their instrumentation even includes a saxophone.
They recorded their debut album, Scorn Defeat, in 1993, and since then, they have released a total of 12 studio albums and three live recordings. Throughout their career, they have performed on metal festival stages worldwide and will return to Brutal Assault after three years.
