Death metal SEVERE TORTURE from Holland have been spreading their bloodthirsty sound since 1997. The only personnel change in the lineup came in 2003 when a second guitarist joined the band, keeping the band consistent since their 2000 debut album "Feasting on Blood". Following the release of their second album 'Misanthropic Carnage' in 2002, SEVERE TORTURE have built an impressive touring reputation with numerous tours and appearances throughout Europe and the Americas. The band has continued to raise the bar for quality death metal with further releases including 'Fall of the Despised' (2005), 'Sworn Vengeance' (2007) and 'Slaughtered' (2010). Their latest EP, 'Fisting the Sockets' (2022), is a guarantee of death metal gore, as befits SEVERE TORTURE.
