Surreal lyrics and a blend of progressive stoner rock with doom, folk and psychedelic influences, all this is what the music of Sweden's GAUPA offers. Led by the charismatic Emma Näslund, who is praised especially for her ethereal and powerful voice, the band made a significant impact on the music scene with their debut self-titled EP.
In April 2020, GAUPA continued their meteoric rise with the release of their first full-length album "Feberdröm". The album gained worldwide attention and was noticed by the renowned metal label Nuclear Blast Records. They will bring their latest album "Myriad" to Brutal Assault.
