Over the course of three decades and the previous eleven albums, BEHEMOTH have become more than just a black metal band thanks to Nergal's unique vision. The distinctive and heretical image has remained, the dark and aggressive style encompassing black and death metal has remained as well, yet the artistic vision of the trio from Gdansk since 1991 has managed to move these three men closer to a larger audience after each album, without BEHEMOTH losing their expression built up over the years.

BEHEMOTH are synonymous with crossing boundaries, while being ambassadors over upholding traditions. But the rebelliousness, their individuality and the precisely focused self-expression that comes from an educated worldview is what makes Nergal, Orion and Inferno special and what goes far beyond any band's territory.
