- shuttle service from hotel to the festival ground and back once a day included in the price (the shuttle bus has to be booked at least with a 90 min. advance at the BA staff at the hotel reception or info point at the festival entrance). Shuttle service time table:
- Wednesday Aug 08th departure in front of the Cernigov hotel at 4:00PM, 6:00PM and 8:00PM, drive back from festival to the hotel at 11:00PM, 1:00AM and 3:30AM
- Thursday Aug 09th departure in front of the Cernigov hotel at 11:00AM, 2:00PM and 5:00PM, drive back from festival to the hotel at at 11:00PM, 1:00AM and 3:30AM
- Friday Aug 10th departure in front of the Cernigov hotel at 9:00AM, 12:00AM, 3:00PM and 6:00PM, drive back from festival to the hotel at 11:00PM, 1:00AM and 3:30AM
- Saturday Aug 11th departure in front of the Cernigov hotel at 9:00AM, 12:00AM, 3:00PM and 6:00PM, drive back from festival to the hotel at 11:00PM, 1:00AM and 3:30AM

Booking a hotel room
In view of the fact that the capacity of the hotel Cernigov is limited it is necessary to fill in the order form and pay upfront via PayPal. After filling out the order form and making the payment, you will get a special „hotel Cernigov“ code by email amonst with other instructions. Please, bring this e-mail code to the hotel reception, after presenting your identity (by photoID or passport) you will get your room(s). The code will be emailed to your email given in the order form within 24 hours after the payment received. Please contact us at info@shindy.cz if you do not receive your code within 24 hours after you have made the money transfer.
Notice: Reservation can get only a person with the reservation code and whose identity matches with all names given in the order form. Check in will be available from Wednesday Aug 08th, 2012 from 12:00 noon and then anytime later during the festival.
