i wasnt happy with past 3 years line up. there were only a very few bands for me but they were great. this year's line-up seems to be more for my liking. there is still a few band to announce so i also hoping for some great thrash / death bands (necrophobic, bolt thrower, carcass, merciless desultory - to name a few…).klimekk said 30/11/2011 15:52

WHAT IS WRONG WITH BRUTAL ASSAULT ???
first of all thanks for al previos editions of Brutal Assault, but i see that even for Brutal Assault has come a time when it will become spoiled.Half of lineup are some shitcore bands (commercial one) and i think lest year was the last time i visit BA ()even last year was too much of those stupid bands without soul and taste, but this year is now already worse.
It is sad really, that i need to choose other less POP festival, as i said there are only shitcore and black metal bands.
LONG LIVE METAL, I WILL FIND IT ON ANOTHER FESTIVAL, i don't need your -core shitty bands.

Buses from hotel Cernigov
HelloFirst of all, thanx for a great festival 2011. Me and my friends from Sweden had a great time and will be back next year.
Regarding the buses to and from hotel Cernigov, would it be possible to add another trip during the night?
The bus leave the festival ground at 1:00 and 3:30. One more trip in between those would be great.
Many people that stayed at the hotel missed a few bands that played after 1 in the morning, because the wait for the next bus was too long. If you're tired at 1, you don't wait another 2½ hours for the next bus at 3:30. Another trip at 2:15-2:30 would be great.
Why so tired? The damn breakfast hours at the hotel ;) they closed the breakfast buffet way too early so you had to be up at an unhealthy hour if you didn't want to go hungry half the day.
Thanx again for all the work you put into the festival!
Btw, get NASUM for next year. I know they play in CZ a month or so earlier, but if there's one band that truly belongs on BRUTAL ASSAULT it's NASUM!!

MORGION has reactivated in 2011 and started to play concerts. it would be good to see them at BA!You should also check DivahaR - female blackmetalists from Armenia, curio but good for morning gig. few more people will move their butts to listen how chicks cover Emperor;-)
