Keeping beer cold

Well, we also had a problem keeping our beer cold, but we found a solution. Near Camp 2 there's a little river, so we tied the beer packet with a rope, and put it in the river. By evening the beer was refreshing :-) Only thing i was concerned about that somebody would steal it, but it turned out nobody stole none of them :-)

I think in Brutal Assault I'll be drunk, 24/24 hours….at festival in Italy beer costs 4,00 or 5,00 € (0,33 or 0,4 litres beer)
I want to drink so muchj beer than when I'll come to Italy I'll have no need to drink beer for 1 month :D

Just kidding :) I`m from Czech countryside and beer here costs 22CZK (circa 0.92EUR). So I guess beer on Brutal Assault isn`t that expensive BUT it is festival “not-so-good” beer so be prepared :)

You can always but your beer under the tent and then the ground will keep it cool for you ;). You can altso bring a bucket put som water in it and it will cool of to (not as much though) and then we have the real entusiast who diggs a hole in the ground for the beer, but personally i feel it's a bit to much work. So I always puts some couple of beers under the tent and it will be cold. Not ice cold but enough for me.

yes there's gonna be a bar at the camping ground so if you are about cold beer, you can get it there for sure… I would wonder long can you keep the beer from a supermarket cold… if it is ever cold when bought at Lidl “super”-market :-)

there's a bar in the camping area…the cooler will last as long as the Freez'pack is frozen, usually about 24h, and I seriously doubt you'll find a place to refreeze it afterwards …..the river may be an alternative solution :D

Keep beer cold

The supermarket is 25 mins away from the campground so you can't just run there everytime you hunger for beer. Same with the beer that is sold at the festival ground, can't run there for beer and bring it back to the campground in plastic cups.

So it's apparent, that we're gonna be keeping some bottles of beer at our tents. No the question is how to keep your beer cold?

What about something like this?

Have you used things like that? What do you think, will they keep beer cold for a day?

Any other ideas?
