yes! there will be vegan and vegetarian food… well definetely not that many stalls as for carnivores, but let's what is confirmed by now: falafel, halusky (Slovak national specialty - potato gnocchi served mostly with bacon but there will be a vegetarian version with cheese available), there will also be macrobiotic stall that will offer really tasty food, stuffed potatoes, hummus, vegetable salads etc.hellborn řekl/a 07/07/2010 14:18

F O O D
Pozdro.Morith řekl/a 18/08/2008 21:10
FOOD
Hi there, first, I'd like to say that I had the greatest time during this year's festival. Don't remember when I had had so much fun on any other festival so thank you guys for this!
Now, let's get to the point: the food was very very good and at reasonable prices, it shows you have nothing to do with the polish people (who would rise the prices very high and sell shitty food just to make more money, you - on the other hand - have very delicious food which doesn't cost much. It was a bit salty but it's understandable… people gotta drink beer :) ANYWAY: I have one suggestion for the next year: it would be good if you guys had like one stall with Polish food - there were a lot of Poles this year and many of us were dying to eat dishes like ‘pierogi’(dumplings with potato and cheese stuffing) or ‘bigos’ ( stewed dish made of sauerkraut and/or fresh cabbage, meat and mushrooms). Don't get me wrong, it's a Czech festival so Czech food is required but still I think you would make quite nice amount of money if you served this type of food. The Polish people love to eat that stuff and so they will be willing to spend more money there :)
It's just something to think about :)
